You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Prayer Requests and Content
Prayer requests and other submissions may be reviewed by church leadership before publication. Anonymous submissions are supported where indicated. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant the church permission to display it on the website and in ministry communications.
5. Donations
Online donations are processed securely through Paystack. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact the church office promptly.
6. Availability and Liability
We strive to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ogun State.
